Welcome to Fresh Moves. This website is owned and operated by 1562939 Alberta Inc, located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By booking a consultation or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following terms: 

1. Services & Consultations 

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) to book a consultation. 

No Legal or Financial Advice: The information provided during consultations is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal and/or financial advice. 

Scope: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time. 

2. Bookings and Cancellations 

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment (or a deposit) is received. 

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

Late Arrivals: If you are late, the consultation will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it may be treated as a "no-show" without a refund. 

3. Payments and Currency 

Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise stated. 

Taxes: Prices are subject to applicable Federal and Provincial taxes (GST/HST/PST) based on your location and our nexus. 

Payment Processors: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. 

4. Refunds and Disputes 

Refund Policy: Consultations are non-refundable once the session has commenced. 

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us to resolve a dispute, we reserve the right to ban you from future services. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including logos, text, original photos, and consultation materials, is the property of 1562939 Alberta Inc. and is protected by Canadian and International copyright laws. You may not record consultations without express written permission. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Alberta, 1562939 Alberta Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. You assume all liability for any damages arising out of your use of our services and website. 

7. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the Federal laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. 

8. Electronic Communications 

When you book a consultation, you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your booking. For promotional emails, we comply with CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation) and will only send them with your express consent. 

9. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
